The Pledge Shows their Commitment to Equity in the Realm of Infrastructure by Staff
Six state Departments of Transportation (DOTs) met in Washington D.C. and signed a pledge to increase equity regarding infrastructure. This pledge, using money from the $1 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, is designed to create opportunities for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs).
