111 Ann Street; Savannah, GA
Spanning 2.6 acres and two city blocks, the Ann Street Lofts blends modern luxury with walkable urban living, offering 389 upscale apartments tailored for empty nesters and students of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Two six-story buildings feature ground-level retail, spacious amenity areas, and a variety of floorplans, from studios to four-bedroom layouts. The outdoor experience is just as elevated, with a resort-style pool, grilling stations, private courtyards, shaded seating, and a dog run. A beautifully designed pedestrian promenade ties the development into the vibrant MLK Jr. Boulevard corridor. Surrounding streets were reimagined with decorative paving, lush landscaping, and custom site furnishings - seamlessly integrating this new community into Savannah's historic fabric.Photo Credit: Mike Worthington Images




Camp Creek Amenities; Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Camp Creek Golf Club in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, is a development designed to cater to the needs of members and guests of the Watersound Club by The St. Joe Company. This exciting new club amenity provides access to activities that promote multi-generational appeal. WP provided master planning, detailed design, construction, and permitting services. Amenities include a new, seventy-five-key inn and golf clubhouse, fine and casual dining restaurants, a kids club and playground, a tennis and pickleball complex, and resort-style pools focused on wellness.Photo Credit: St. Joe Photography

Lowcountry Celebration Park; Hilton Head Island, SC
The Town of Hilton Head's Lowcountry Celebration Park is located on the Pope Avenue corridor and is part of the Coligny District's redevelopment. WP led a consulting team in providing design through construction phase services for the project. This much-needed community park contains a destination playground designed to reflect the unique history of Hilton Head Island. Other facilities include a grand lawn for community events, a children's museum, pathways with exercise stations, interpretive signage, a concert pavilion, restrooms, and an interactive, Lowcountry-themed water feature.Photo Credit: Landscape Structures Inc.




Hilton Head Island Sea Pines Resort; Hilton Head Island, SC
Wood+Partners provided master planning, permitting, and detailed site design services for two signature redevelopments at Sea Pines Resort. The revitalized 25,000-square-foot Beach Club includes a full-service indoor restaurant and bar, an open-air beach bar, a rooftop event space, oceanfront terraces, retail areas, oceanfront dining, and beachside amenities like showers and changing rooms. At Harbourtown, the Sea Pines Resort Harbourtown Clubhouse, a premier resort facility, was transformed into a 26,000-square-foot, world-class venue featuring a gallery celebrating the history and champions of the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Innerarity Point Park, Pensacola, FL & Captain Leonard Destin Park, Destin, FL
Innerarity Point Park (3.38?? acres, left) located in Pensacola, Florida, features picnic pavilions; two playgrounds; accessible pathways; boardwalks and docks for fishing, swimming, and paddle craft; and an open lawn that creates a vibrant, inclusive community space. Captain Leonard Destin Park (3.42?? acres, right), located in Destin, Florida, offers handicapped beach access, a splash pad, a shoreline kayak launch, a dock, picnic shelters, and interpretive signage. The design preserves bay views, protects an on-site heron rookery, and celebrates the site's rich history. University of South Carolina Projects; Columbia, SC
The University of South Carolina's Gamecock Park was designed as a state-of-the-art tailgate facility with shaded tent zones, cable TV hookups, electrical outlets, and permanent restrooms to support year-round events. The central open space, named The Garnet Way, is a grassy promenade lined with specimen scarlet oaks. Improvements at USC's Williams-Brice stadium grounds, now known as Springs Brooks Plaza, include a large variety of new trees, lawns, brick walkways, entry gates, benches, seat walls, ramp improvements for pedestrians, the Bignon Game Day Center, donor bricks, and a statue honoring alumnus George Rogers.
