NOVATO, Calif. - United Green Mark is putting their money where their mouth is. The "Top 250" program, which was launched in August 2000, ensures that UGMs 250 top-selling items are available in every branch, all the time. If any UGM branch is unable to fill a customer's order with an item from the "Top 250" list, that customer will receive a $25 credit. According to UGM President Ted Hopkins, "While $25 won't cover all the labor costs incurred in holding up a job for lack of an important part, it's a tangible reminder to Green Mark customers that we accept responsibility, if we've caused a delay."
