Turfco Vs. Lawn Solutions

TURFCO Manufacturing, Inc., a Minnesota-based manufacturer of innovative turf maintenance equipment, filed a patent infringement lawsuit in United States District Court for the District of Minnesota against Kentucky-based Lawn Solutions Commercial Products, Inc. on April 9, 2010.

TURFCO is requesting that the court issue an injunction against Lawn Solutions Commercial Products, Inc. to cease sales of its “Hydro Walk-behind Turf Aerifier.” In addition, the complaint requests the payment of unspecified damages for patent infringement and other costs to be determined at trial.
