C & B Gets a new Project Manager for its Phoenix Unit

PHOENIX, AZ

Carter & Burgess recently added Tamra Smith as a Project Manager with its Phoenix Planning and Landscape Architecture Unit.

Smith is a landscape designer and planner with a broad range of skills, including conceptual imagery and project theming. She has been involved with a wide variety of projects including a public involvement design solution for Mitchell Lake, an environmentally degraded wildlife refuge outside of San Antonio.
