The American Sports Builders Association has honored Stantec for design work on three outstanding sports fields. With these awards, the new fields at Noble & Greenough in Dedham, Mass. (pictured); Mystic Valley Regional Charter School in Malden, Mass.; and Worcester Academy in Worcester, Mass. are now contenders for national Outstanding Field of the Year honors, to be named in December. Mystic Valley Regional Charter School's new field was designed to support the school's growing need for athletic space within the constraints of its inner city property. Worcester Academy's Morse Field created a multi-sport synthetic turf field. Nobles' new field was built specifically for its field hockey program, one of the few in its league to still play on natural grass.
