To help promote July as Smart Irrigation Month, the Irrigation Association is asking green industry professionals to create a short video, 60 seconds or less, about why smart irrigation is important to them. Videos should then be posted on social media using #SmartIrrigationMonth and tagging the Irrigation Association in the post. Videos must be made public in order to be considered for the contest.

Other ways to promote Smart Irrigation this month are to share the IA's social media posts, speak to local news stations about airing a segment on smart irrigation or implement all the techniques the association promotes in your own household and community.

The deadline to submit your 60-second or less video is July 26. The winner will be announced July 31 and will receive a choice between a $200 Visa gift card or a free full registration to the 2019 Irrigation Show and Education Week. The contest rules can be found HERE.
