Program to Provide Three Year Warranty for Select Nursery Stock

Plant Health Care, Inc. and John Deere Landscapes have agreed to jointly roll out a program that provides a three year warranty for select nursery stock planted with PHC?EUR??,,????'?? Tree Saver?EUR??,,????'??, a mycorrhizal fungi and rhizosphere bacterial product that promotes plant health. The program, which is designed to minimize the risk of plant loss to landscape contractors, recently started its pilot program.

Eligible contractors who participate in the three Year Protection Plan must be trained and certified on the terms of the program and proper planting procedures. Should nursery stock that has been planted according to the plan guidelines fail, the plan provides for replacement of the nursery stock. The warranty is extended to the certified landscape contractor and is not transferable to the property owner.
