Overburden Removal Warranty Program for Green Roofs

A new warranty covers the costs of removing and replacing LiveRoof??????oe Hybrid Green Roof Modules when necessary to assess and repair leaks in roof membranes.

Environmental concerns and the green movement has led to the growing popularity of green roofs. Now landscape professionals can get a helping hand when dealing with roof leaks.

LiveRoof??????oe launched its new overburden removal warranty program for the Hybrid Green Roof System. Under the program, the company warrants the removal and replacement of LiveRoof modules when they must be taken up in order to assess and repair leaks in roof membranes.

Subject to the conditions of the program, the warranty applies to any roof membrane from any membrane manufacturer. Building owners, landscape architects, roof designers and landscape contractors can specify, select and install modules. They have the assurance that overburden removal is under warranty, no matter which manufacturer?EUR??,,????'???s membrane is on the roof.

The warranty covers installations of the green roof system by Diamond Installers. The program applies to any brand or type of waterproof membrane system, provided that the membrane has been inspected, tested (using a flood test or electronic leak detection), and certified as being watertight prior to the LiveRoof installation.
