Lucy B. Joyce received the Nevada ASLA Chapter's President's Award for her contributions to the mission, goals and standing of Nevada Landscape Architects. Joyce is an NVASLA trustee and the Nevada Department of Transportation's landscape architect supervisor. In that capacity she was in charge of the creation and implementation of NDOT's award-winning Landscape and Aesthetic Program. The award was given to Joyce for her leadership.
