The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently released the National Meeting Resource Guide that will give members a better understanding of the structure and value of the NAHB leadership meetings and the 2024 International Builders' Show (IBS), which is a critical part of addressing the top issues facing the industry.

 

While the leadership meetings are held three times a year, including at IBS, these meetings act as a way for members to grow professionally through industry insights and networking.

The resource guide includes information about the Board of Directors, their focus, and who the Senior Officers are. The guide goes on to show the breakdown of the regional leadership network, who is involved in each of the five networks, and what their role in the industry is.

Membership meetings feature apps that are beneficial in developing a schedule including Networking, President's Council Meeting, Area Caucus Meeting, and more. The guide dives into the meeting scheduling of each day for leadership and what each committee consists of.
