The NAHB has spoken out against the bill, stating that it would harm small businesses and undermine the economy. They argue that the PRO Act would allow unions to force their way into small businesses and impose contracts that would be detrimental to their operations.

Furthermore, the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has also criticized the bill, stating that it would be a devastating blow to employees and employers. The ABC argues that the bill would overturn state right-to-work laws and force workers to pay union dues regardless of their personal beliefs. The debate over the PRO Act is likely to continue in the coming months as the bill works its way through Congress.
