NACTO Elects New Executive Board Members

The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) has announced the unanimous election of two new individuals to the Executive Board. Millicent D. Williams, Director of the Portland Bureau of Transportation, will serve as the new Treasurer, and Kelly Scocco, Director of the City of Columbus Department of Public Service, will serve as Secretary.
