The MIT Concrete Sustainability Hub is offering two free webinars in March, one on the 2nd and one on the 30th. The first, on March 2 at 11 a.m. Eastern, will give participants an overview of the Hub's pavement research. On March 30, tune in at the same time for "Pavements Life Cost Analysis: Price Projection Modeling." Research at the MIT Concrete Sustainability Hub is focused on three main areas: materials science; buildings and pavements; and economics and the environment. For pavements, CSHub research focuses on improving structure and design that can result in increased fuel efficiency, lower maintenance costs and better life cycle planning. The public webinars, which are planned to take place on a nearly monthly basis through September, will typically alternate monthly between buildings and pavements research topics. Webinars are free and open to the public, but registration is required. For more information, to register, and to view past webinars, visit cshub.mit.edu.
