Kendall Chilek will serve as water management specialist for the San Antonio and Austin metropolitan areas, including College Station and the Rio Grande Valley and is a trustee of the Texas Turf Irrigation Association. Damon Adams will offer industry experience to landscape companies and municipalities in the greater Seattle metropolitan area.

Millenia Wall Solutions, developer of a revolutionary new retaining wall system and Structural Plastics Group (SPG), a full-service molder of structural foam and injection molded plastic products, announced that they have entered into a manufacturing agreement. Under the agreement, SPG manufactures all of the components of the Millenia system in 100 percent recycled, pre-consumer polymeric resin.

ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. adds to its extensive fleet with the purchase of five Grove GMK7550 all terrain mobile hydraulic cranes. Rain Bird Corporation established the $2,500 Intelligent Use of Water Scholarship to recognize an outstanding landscape architecture, horticulture or irrigation science student in the final two years of undergraduate study. Johnson graduated from Michigan State University in with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.
