Ron Wolfarth, director of Rain Bird Corporation?EUR??,,????'???s landscape irrigation division, was recently named to the board of directors for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency?EUR??,,????'???s (EPA) Alliance for Water Efficiency. Ervin Lovett & Miller, a professional consulting firm specializing in land planning, architecture, landscape architecture and urban design, has been appointed the consulting architect and landscape architect for Winthrop, a new neighborhood development in Hillsborough County southeast of Tampa, Fla.

Consulting (RBF) announced the installation of Angela Woodward, RLA, ASLA, a senior associate and landscape architect in RBF’s Irvine office, as the president of the Southern California Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (SCC/ASLA).

Elizabeth Marshall-Beasley, MLA has been re-appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the Florida Board of Landscape Architecture for an additional four-year term. In addition Beasley has been appointed by Director Marta Canaves of the Graduate School of Architecture at Florida International University as a Distinguished Lecturer in Practice to the Graduate Program in Landscape Architecture.

TBG Partners, a landscape architecture and planning firm, announced the promotion of Mark V. Padilla, ASLA to Senior Associate in the San Antonio, Texas office. He received his BLA from Texas Tech University in 1998.

MSI, an urban design and landscape architecture firm, has recently merged with the Pasadena, Calif. design firm Wyatt Design Group Inc. The merger will bring together two firms with over 15 years of experience in the planning and landscape design industry.
