LAF Offers Webinar on Dealing with Customers Throughout COVID-19

"Community Engagement During the Pandemic and Beyond"

Stakeholder engagement is fundamental for landscape architects but in this present normal, when in-person outreach is not available, how can industry professional ensure that community engagement is broad, inclusive, and equitable? Does the role of landscape designers change?
On Tuesday, April 21 at 1pm ET, LAF will hold a presentation, hosted by five landscape architects, who are grappling with the questions of what tools and strategies can be used to overcome the digital divide and other issues that affect access and what else is needed to meet community members where they are. The panel will share their own experiences and what their firms/organizations are doing to continue to involve stakeholders in shaping and decision-making. Their strategies, tools, and insights promise to provide creative solutions and valuable lessons for now and later.
