Illinois Landscape Contractor Awards




Gold, Silver, and Merit Awards were presented to ILCA landscape contractor members in one of 15 categories. 22 ILCA member projects received Gold Awards, 19 member projects received Silver Awards, and eight member projects received Merit Awards. Among the 50 award winners, the 2010 ILCA Gold Award for Commercial Landscape Maintenance went to Christy Webber landscapes for their maintenance of Millennium Park In Chicago.

The prestigious Judges?EUR??,,????'??? Award is given each year to the project with the highest cumulative judges?EUR??,,????'??? score. Judges?EUR??,,????'??? Award winners must be Gold Award winning projects. This year?EUR??,,????'???s Judges Award winning project was the Lincoln Park Residential Construction done by Kinsella Landscapes in Blue Island, Illinois.

The inaugural People?EUR??,,????'???s Choice Award, based on voting by attendees at the 2010 Chicago Flower & Garden show, was received by Kane Brothers Water Features in Homer Glen, Illinois for the Del Agua De la Vida project.

ILCA is proud to announce that Barb Rosborough with Rosborough Partners located in Libertyville, Illinois was the recipient of the exclusive Man or Woman of the Year Award. This award is given annually to one outstanding individual with extraordinary dedication to and support of the green industry and ILCA.

Hub Tures & Sons Nursery in Kingston, Illinois was awarded the Distinguished Service Award which is given to an ILCA supplier member that has shown tremendous support of landscape contractors and ILCA.

ILCA is a not-for-profit trade association. Its mission is to enhance the professionalism and capabilities of members by providing leadership, education and valued services while promoting environmental awareness within the landscape industry.
