In response to surveys from the last International Construction & Utility Equipment Exhibition, the upcoming 2005 show will feature a “new product” area to display the latest industry technological advances. Almost 70 percent of attendees at the 2003 expo indicated they look specifically for new products and innovations. Also, ICUEE 2005 has expanded its outdoor demonstration area for in-ground work applications in addition to offering “equipment in action” demonstrations of aerial and other above-ground machines. This year’s show has also tripled the amount of educational presentations it offers. Attendees will have more than 40 learning sessions to choose from, including classes on the latest technological, operational, safety and regulatory issues and trends affecting the utility and construction industry. Classes will be offered before the three-day show, and during the morning hours of the expo. For information on the show, registration, or hotel reservations, visit www.icuee.com.
