Cincinnati-area based Finn Corporation was started in 1935. They built their first hydroseeding machine in 1953 and trademarked the name HydroSeeder???(R)???AE???? for one of their equipment lines.

Finn Corporation, a manufacturer of environmental, erosion control and landscape equipment and materials, recently announced the appointment of Shawn Casey as President and CEO.

Casey has more than thirty years of domestic and international experience in a variety of industrial and capital goods businesses that compete in global markets. Organizations where Casey has held executive leadership positions include Meridian Rail LLC, Federal Signal Corporation, Elgin Sweeper, Case Corporation, Cummins Engine Company, and the US Air Force.

He holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis, and an MBA from Aurora University in Illinois.

According to the press release, "Casey brings a record of leadership and results for product innovation, market development, quality assurance, and the application of lean enterprise principles and has the vision to lead FINN to a new level of success."
