  • As I became settled in my career as a landscape architect, I was urged to become an instructor in the National Garden Clubs?EUR??,,????'??? Landscape Design Study Program. Through the years I have contributed lectures to dozens of the courses in many states. The contacts and friendships developed have been personally rewarding and continue to this day.

Thoughts on being elected to Council of Fellows:Becoming a Fellow of ASLA is a singular honor. I am grateful and humbled by the recognition. Through the years I have had the opportunity to know several ASLA Fellows, all of whom I have held in the highest regard. I am honored to be in their midst. It is personally gratifying to realize peers perceive my work and efforts to have made a difference.
