A spacious Trex deck is supported by a steel frame that spans the protected root zone of three 80-year-old heritage live oak trees.

 
A fire pit and naturally designed seating leads into The Lawn, an open area to play bocce ball, croquet, lawn bowling, and more. A cast-in-place concrete retaining wall with built-in seating allows the heated outdoor swimming pool to step down into the landscape and follow existing grade.
