David O’Connor, a landscape architect principal of The Cecil Group of Boston, described the roads of central Sudbury, Mass. in a Boston Globe report as ?EUR??,,????'??paved Colonial cow paths ?EUR??,,????'??? perfectly adequate in the ‘20s.?EUR??,,????'??

How do you solve traffic congestion in a historic district and still keep that ol?EUR??,,????'??? time charm? The Cecil Group?EUR??,,????'???s challenge is to augment traffic flow, upgrade pedestrian crossings, without gobbling up too much land from properties that include Town Hall, several churches, Grange Hall and historic homes.
