Located at the southeast corner of Power and Warner Roads in Mesa, Arizona, Cannon Beach is a 37-acre master-planned development that redefines the modern mixed-use experience. This state-of-the-art project is centered around a premier surf park, creating a unique destination for active entertainment, retail, dining, hospitality, and office space. At the heart of the development is a 2.0-acre wave lagoon designed for professional surfing, which is complemented by a cliff diving area, restaurant, beach areas, a unit wave, cabanas, and lounge seating.

The master plan also includes a 4-story, 150-room hotel and two 3-story, 78,000-square-foot office buildings. A restaurant row lines a pedestrian boardwalk, which leads to a conditioning gym and over 117,000 square feet of industrial, flex, and commercial space. This area is dedicated to immersive entertainment, such as 360-karting, Circus Trix, and The Void, with specialized competition courses and augmented and virtual reality experiences.

Further enhancing the project are high-end restaurant and commercial pads, tree-lined streets with on-street parking, and five distinct outdoor entertainment plazas. These plazas feature an event stage, seating areas, fire pits, water features, shade canopies, and signature palm tree courts, all designed to create a vibrant and dynamic community environment. EPS Group provided landscape architecture, planning, civil engineering and land survey, for this one-of-a-kind project.
