Reimagined in 2019 as a St. Joe Community, design excellence and attention to detail has always been at the fore front of every project. In that effort, The St. Joe Watercolor Community realized they needed to improve their pool amenity area to be in line with more modern communities in Florida. A series of design charettes were included with the local homeowners to get their vision and how to revive this amenity. From these meetings, A vibrant family-oriented amenity was designed to address all age groups to create an active amenity that could be used by everyone.

The center pool was the original pool which was incorporated into the new design and a 17' tall waterslide was added to this pool. A 400 linear foot lazy river with a zero entry and center island was added as a new amenity that all ages could enjoy. The third pool amenity for the site is a family pool with a zero entry and kids waterslide. Other design elements included in the project is a half basketball court, kids playground and Canteen Restaurant & Bar.
