BrightView was selected to suggest the beautiful landscapes the organization designs, builds and maintains for its clients' properties, its commitment to excellence in delivering services and the bright future the company offers its team members. The company says BrightView also honors the organization's legacy brands, founders, shared values and all the people who contributed to Brickman and ValleyCrest's combined 140 years of success. The "B" represents Brickman, and the "V" stands for ValleyCrest. "BrightView reflects our optimism for the future and our drive to create greater value for our clients," said CEO Andrew Kerin. "It embodies our excitement to leverage the strengths of our combined company to enhance how we care for our people, our clients and our communities." "BrightView" and the new logo will not be used in operations until mid-2015. In the interim, "Brickman" and "ValleyCrest" brands will continue to be used in the marketplace. Brickman and ValleyCrest partnered with Lippincott to develop the brand name, the new logo and the "brand positioning."
