The Arizona Nursery Association (ANA) presents the Southwest Horticulture Annual Day of Education (SHADE). The event will be held Friday, August 10th 2012 at the Renaissance Glendale in Glendale, Arizona.

SHADE is geared toward green industry professionals, landscape architects and contractors, arborists, business owners and managers, suppliers, irrigation specialists, maintenance personnel, wholesalers and retailers.

New this year, the ''Master Gardeners'' track, with a total of five different education tracks attendees have the opportunity to earn CEUs from the ADA, ASLA, GCSAA, IA, ISA and OPM. Seminars will be presented by highly qualified industry experts in the areas of: Outdoor Living, Social Media, Plant Palette Evolution in the Southwest, Organic Pest Management and Integration of Rainwater into Pressurized Potable Irrigation Systems.

The cost for early registration (by July 31) is $95 per person; this includes lunch and refreshments in the morning and afternoon.
