Regarding the winner, Overall Excellence Judge, Emily Guglielmo, said, "What makes this project particularly noteworthy is its commitment to sustainability and its focus on constructability. The American Concrete Institute (ACI) has announced the winners of its 8th ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction. The Chau Chak Wing Museum, in Sydney, Australia, received the Overall Excellence Award.
