He has spent 25 years in the mining, extraction, and marketing of humic based products. Areas of experience with humic isolates include agriculture, turf management, organic fertilizers, and soil applications. In addition to product use experience in the field, Russell has broad knowledge of soil organic matter. He is a Certified Crop Advisor and manages his family certified organic farm.
