Following an extensive search, the University of Arizona's College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture has selected Dr. Nancy Pollock-Ellwand as the school's new dean. Dr. Pollock-Ellwand begins her term as of July 31, 2017, from the University of Calgary, where she was the dean of the Faculty of Environmental Design. Previously, she was head and chair of the School of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design as well as professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Adelaide in Australia. At the University of Calgary, Dr. Pollock-Ellwand helped to launch the Master of Landscape Architecture program. She will be responsible for academic and scholarly leadership, fundraising, and advancement of the college at the University of Arizona and around the world. Congratulations, Dr. Pollock-Ellwand!
