ECTC, a nonprofit organization for rolled erosion control products, hydraulic erosion control products and sediment retention devices, has announced its 2015 – 2016 board of directors.

The Erosion Control Technology Council has announced a new board of directors for 2015 – 2016. ECTC members have elected Diane Hitt of East Coast Erosion Blankets, LLC, as Chairman; Jerry Bohannon of American Excelsior Co., as Vice Chairman; and Jeff Ward of Central Fiber LLC, as Secretary/Treasurer. Tim Lancaster of North American Green, and Scott Harrison of Terra Novo will serve as at-large directors of the ECTC board of directors.

Laurie Honnigford, ECTC's executive director, commented, "I look forward to an exciting new chapter for ECTC. The members have elected a dedicated group of professionals who have the talent and industry knowledge to advance ECTC."

"ECTC has played a big role in establishing standards for the rolled and hydraulic erosion control products as well as the sediment retention fiber roll products. I look forward to leading this group and I am grateful for the support of my fellow members" stated Diane Hitt. Hitt went on to say, "Tim Lancaster has skillfully lead this group for more than 10 years. He has been instrumental in establishing ECTC and its role in the industry. Tim has been very successful and he has done a great job."
