The Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) has announced details for the 29th annual conference and exhibition that will take place Jan. 16 to 19 in Fort Worth, Texas.

STMA is the professional organization for 2,700 sports managers worldwide. They advocate for professionalism, safety and education in sports field management.

There will be at least 50 educational sessions and panel discussions, which will also include college representatives. Parks and recreational facilities and professional sports stadium representatives will also take part in the conference.

In addition to the educational sessions, a new networking event has been added. The SAFE foundation will host an outing at Fort Worth's top golf course and proceeds will benefit scholarships and educational outreach programs.

Pre-registration for the conference has closed and will open again onsite once the conference begins.
