Stephanie discussed the five essentials of project management including project scope, communication, schedule, risk management, close out and lessons learned. The session also described how these five tools will give you a better understanding of how to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close out a project. Attendees learned valuable information about personal relationships with your team, recommended software to better manage your products, and other references that add to your project's success.
