San Diego Chapter CLCA Elects Board Of Directors
Congratulations New and Returning Board Members

The San Diego Chapter CLCA recently elected its board of directors for 2016-2017. Not shown in this photo is Amy Conrad, who was behind the camera, and Jerrie Beard.

The San Diego Chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA), the nonprofit trade organization of licensed landscape and landscape-related contractors in California, recently elected its board of directors. The board members are:

Mike Salceanu, Landscapes USA – chairman of the board
Stacey Sturnot – president
Janet Pozzuoli-Vallin, Belle Terre Landscapes – vice president, education and events
Rick Mandel, Ewing Irrigation – vice president, membership recruitment

Willie Valdez, Free Flow Products – vice president, membership recruitment
Melissa Tetzlaff, Landscape Contractors Insurance Services, Inc. – vice president, education

Larry Hall, Horizon Distributors – vice president, resource management and legislation
Jerrie Beard, Jerrie Beard & Associates – secretary
Loren Godes, Hydro-Scape Products – AM vice chairman
Colin Farrelly, Imperial Sprinkler Supply – AM vice chairman
Amy Conrad, Conrad Public Relations – public relations and marketing coordinator

The San Diego Chapter of the CLCA is one of California's largest and most active chapters. Each year, the chapter hosts a number of informative and educational meetings that allow members to keep on top of industry trends and network with their peers. The chapter sponsors its annual beautification awards, hosts the Landscape Industry Certified test, and is active in local political issues affecting the landscape industry such as water conservation and sustainability issues.

"This board is an incredibly talented group of individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our chapter," said chairman of the board Mike Salceanu. "Working together, I know that we can lead our community and build a better CLCA San Diego Chapter for the future."
