District customers with odd numbered addresses are required to confine all outdoor water use to only odd-numbered days of the month. Customers with even-numbered addresses must limit outdoor water use to even-numbered days. This includes all outside water use, including irrigation systems, filling swimming pools and garden hose use for any purpose.

District policy calls for a written reminder and warning for a first violation. A subsequent violation will result in a $100 fine. A third violation will result in water service being terminated for 24 hours with service charges totaling $130.

The rules applies to all residential, commercial and industrial water customers. Those with automatic lawn sprinklers should adjust their systems accordingly.
