Mark Deister of Deister Machine Co. Inc., Fort Wayne, Ind., for exceptional and exemplary dedication to the aggregates industry, his family and his community. Deister is celebrating his fortieth year of full-time service to the aggregates industry at Deister, a manufacturing business founded by his grandfather in 1912. He has served as chief engineer, head of service, manufacturing manager, secretary, treasurer, vice president of manufacturing and now as company president.
