Applied and Experimental Microbiology says its Inoculaid???????(R)???????+???? is an all natural, non-toxic product that has proven in University of Florida tests and in field use to be effective in reducing populations of Sting nematodes. It is a microbial product designed especially for the treatment and growth enhancement of all types of plants, including trees, lawns, shrubs, ornamentals and flowers. In addition, it requires no course down time after applying. In field use, the product has also proven to reduce irrigation demand, reduce fertilizer and fungicide usage and eliminate black layer and thatch problems.
As a living consortium of microorganisms including photosynthetic strains Inoculaid???????(R)???????+???? is proven to enhance plant growth and can be used in conjunction with potting soils and fertilizers. It does not burn plants because it contains no nitrogen, phosphorous, or potassium. These microorganisms catch photons from the sun. The light energy is then stored as matter in the form of sugar.
Plant food is sugar, not fertilizer. The microorganisms in turn use the light from the sun and carbon from the air to make sugar. Plants also make their own sugar to grow, but these miroorganisms make sugar more than 10 times faster than plants and share it with their host. Therefore, the plants do not have to work as hard to grow and stay healthy.
