New Member Joins Sterling Lighting

Head Engineer, Paul Kendle

Paul Kendle is Sterling Lighting's new Head Engineer and according to their co-founder, he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a commitment to quality.

Sterling Lighting has added a new member to their team, Paul Kendle, as Head of Engineer. Kendle, who has over 30 years of experience in the field, will direct engineering for the company and take lead in developing drivers.

Previously a consultant, Kendle took on his new role after designing Sterling Lighting's 15W boost LED driver that works off 12-15VAC.
"Understanding and controlling the design and manufacturing of the electronics in our fixtures is essential to proving the consistency and quality our customers need," stated Patrick Harders, Sterling Lighting co-founder. "We are excited to have Paul join our team."

Kendle earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Missouri at Columbia and has been featured in Power Electronics Systems Magazine (formerly PCIM Magazine), at the PCIM Europe Technical Conference and the IEEE IAS Conference.

"I'm excited to join the Sterling Lighting team and continue to develop and engineer cutting-edge, landscape lighting fixtures for the company," said Kendle on his new role.
