The NALP recently announced the winner of their 2018 Safety Awards. The awards recognize landscape companies that maintained good safety practices during 2017. This year, 90 companies received 203 awards.

The award categories included "No Vehicle Accidents," "No Injury or Illnesses" and "No Days Away from Work." Each featured company received an Overall Safety Achievement award for which they could be honored with gold, silver or bronze. One company that had competed in the NALP Safety Awards in previous years received a Most Improved award.
