The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently reported multiple Home Builders Associations met with state governs to address housing affordability. The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (HBRAMA) is taking a proactive approach to address the state's housing shortage, which requires the production of 200,000 homes by 2023 to meet growing demand. Governor Maura Healey recently unveiled the Affordable Homes Act, a comprehensive bill representing the largest proposed investment in housing in the state's history.
