The NAHB Foresees a Rebound in Single-Family by Staff
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently predicted that the housing market will continue to decline after the first quarter of 2023. After reaching a 20-year peak at 7.1% during the month of November last year, the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate has dropped to 6.5% at this early point of 2023.
