Turfgrass Producers International (TPI) has announced that Ed Zuckerman was elected president of the organization. Prior to his election as president, he was vice president, having been first elected to the 11-person board in 1992. Art Campbell was elected vice-president, Warren Bell was voted in as secretary-treasurer, and new board members include: Norm DeBuck, Bobby Winstead and Bob Weerts.
The Association of Equipment Manufacturers has named Megan Carpentier as manager of government affairs. Prior to joining AEM, Carpentier worked for the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association in state and federal affairs.
Ronnie Farrar assumed the position of president of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, succeeding Randy Reid. Previously, Farrar served as IESNA regional vice president for the Southeastern region.

John Deere Landscapes has named two new regional sales representatives to oversee nursery and agricultural irrigation system sales and marketing in the southeastern United States. Michael Maggard will handle sales in southern Alabama, northern Florida, southern Georgia and southern Mississippi. Steve Mullican will direct sales in northern Alabama, northern Georgia and Tennessee.
Robert Shields has been named regional field technical specialist for Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting. Shields will be based in Wilmington, N.C. and will cover Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Bryan brings nearly two decades of leadership experience to SPI, with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution. Most recently, Bryan held the top spot at Drexel Industries, LLC a manufacturer of multi-purpose lift trucks in Horsham, PA. Bryan holds a bachelors in economics and an MBA from Harvard University.
