MNLA Offers Pesticide Safety Clinics
Various Dates Throughout October and November

The Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association is offering pesticide credit clinics starting mid-October and continuing through the beginning of November. The dates and locations of each clinic are as follows:

• October 18 & 19, 2018: Grand Traverse Conservation District, Traverse City, Mich.

• October 22 & 23, 2018: Matthaei Botanical Gardens, Ann Arbor, Mich.

• October 29 & 30, 2018: Diagnostic Center for Plant and Animal Health, East Lansing, Mich.

• November 5, 2018: Wojo's Greenhouse, Ortonville, Mich.

• November 9, 2018: Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Kalamazoo, Mich.

While some of the clinics last only one day, those spanning two days provide additional information.

Each clinic costs $95 for MNLA members and $130 for nonmembers. John Stone, MSU Pesticide Safety and Education Program, leads all of the clinics. Clinics run from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day they are held.
