The theme for the Minnesota Chapter's April 21 Education Conference at the Securian Club in St. Paul was "Equity"?uDesigning for the 21st Century." The theme was all about encouraging members to promote social, environmental and economic equity, explore innovation and best practices in design and to facilitate civic engagement to create healthy and livable communities. Presentations included "Advancing Health Equity," "Building a Collaborative Justice Framework to Organize the Activist Designer," "Promoting Resiliency and Equity Among Communities," "Pipeline for Future Professionals," and "Equity Issues Along the Green Line."
