Jeffrey Seemans, RLA, of Wilmington, Del. has just been appointed for a three-year term to the State of Delaware Board of Landscape Architecture by Governor Jack Markell. This is his second appointment to the Board–the first being in 1991–1993 when the board first considered and then adopted continuing education for Delaware's professional landscape architects. He finished that first term as board president. Seemans graduated from Texas A&M University in 1973, and has been registered by examination since 1985. He has been employed by Blenheim Homes since 1994 as its land resource manager.
