The Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association's Annual Awards program is now open for submission. All active INLA members are eligible to enter. The competition is a way for the association to recognize "firms that have enhanced the Indiana environment with creativity and beauty through landscaping and horticulture."

There are five categories under which one can enter the Awards of Excellence competition: Residential Landscape Design / Build, Commercial Landscape Design / Build, Hardscape Residential Design / Build, Hardscape Commercial Design / Build and Special Projects, which include any horticulture or landscape projects of unusual character or special merit that do not belong in any of the other categories. The submission deadline is December 1, and the entry fee is $75.

INLA members are also encouraged to nominate firms or individuals for the three annual Special Achievement awards: Nursery & Landscape Achievement Award, Award of Merit and Employee of the Year.
