The International Erosion Control Association is looking for a varied group of professionals to present technical papers, training workshops, poster presentations and other presentations at the Association?EUR??,,????'???s annual conference in Philadelphia, Feb. 16-20, 2004. Any professional involved in earth-moving activities is encouraged to submit an abstract including, contractors, design professionals, government personnel, researchers, and manufacturers. Selection is very competitive. If the abstract is accepted, the author needs to submit a paper or presentation materials.
