The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) Region One has announced the election of Adam Dibble, CPESC, CESSWI, as 2019-2021 board president. The new president will begin his term at the IECA Annual Conference, which will take place February 19-22 in Denver. Dibble will replace Thomas Schneider, CPESC.

The soon-to-be board president received his bachelor's degree in business and marketing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. Dibble has served on the board of directors since 2017 and has been a member of IECA Region One since 2009. Storm Water Solutions Magazine named him "Rising Star" in 2016, and he was recognized by IECA as the 2017 Outstanding Professional of the Year. According IECA executive director Samantha Roe, Dibble will be the youngest president that the association has ever elected.
