Happy Holidays from all of us at LASN! Oh, the days around Christmas . . . A wonderful time of the year. When children are being their best, for they know Santa is near! Us parents, we too, we feel it, it's clear . . . This is a time to spread our good cheer. A wave to a neighbor, a shake of the hand . . . Good times are upon us, let's strike up the band! Then on the horizon, a few clouds gather so . . . It has to remind us, there are things we don't know . . . Like who will be president, of our blessed land? Who will we trust, when the day is at hand . . . And will we be smiling in 2001? At least, will our pocketbooks be still having fun? The stock market rises and falls, goodness gracious! Oh, how can we help but to be a bit anxious . . . In this business of ours, the one of the land . . . Things have been great. Yes, indeed they've been grand! So why should we worry, if housing starts fall? There still will be millions, if any at all . . . And yes there are other good places to look. To keep us in green, with black ink in our book. Like highways and byways and school buildings all . . . As long as it doesn't create too much sprawl. So where will we start, in 2002? I guess, I must say that it's all up to you . . . Will you keep pushing for what is quite right . . . For well landscaped projects that blot out the blight . . . And will there be grads to fill up your halls, as more and more builders make more and more calls . . . To get you to help them create what they seek . . . A beautiful project That sells in a week . . . Yes, the question is where will the year ahead lead Will there be feasting or a year of great need? Well, I am quite certain of only one thing That now is the time to be happy and sing . . . Of good tidings to all, many blessings, good cheer Merry Christmas, I say . . Have a wonderful Year!
