On March 30th, the US Play Coalition held the first day of their annual Conference on the Value of Play. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this year will be the first ever online conference with recorded educational and research symposium sessions and twice-weekly "Play Hour Live" sessions on Zoom. All live presentations will continue throughout April and recorded sessions can be viewed until June for registrants.

 

"The annual Conference on the Value of Play, now in its eleventh year, brings together leading play researchers, park and recreation professionals, educators, health scientists, architects, landscape architects, designers, planners, business and community leaders, psychologists, physicians and parents from across the globe.  "PLAY FOR ALL" will explore play across the lifespan and address universal issues of health, education, access, equity, inclusion, design and more."
